Senior Site Manager – Water Civils (Immediate Start)

Cappagh is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a Thames Water framework project in Erith. You will lead daily civils and water infrastructure delivery, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to meet programme and quality standards.

The role requires strong civil engineering expertise, 10+ years of construction experience, and proven leadership. You will manage RAMS, permits and on-site records while collaborating with Cappagh, Thames Water and other stakeholders on site.
