As a Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer in our Research & Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and/or review subblocks of CPU subsystems or non-volatile memories (NVM)
- Contribute to the specification and definition of the microarchitecture of CPU subsystems or non-volatile memories for automotive applications
- Ensure that digital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and security
- Lead the implementation of key design features and support technical decision-making within your area of responsibility
- Collaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification, digital design and firmware engineers to produce thoroughly verified, robust IP
- Support the development of innovative architecture by using the latest design techniques and tools
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field of study
- 5+ years relevant working experience in the design and implementation of complex digital circuits and functionalities
- Strong expertise with digital design flows including RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low power design) and DfT
- Proficiency in HDLs like System Verilog or VHDL
- Good programming and scripting skills in C, Python, Perl or similar languages
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
