W Talent is partnering with a leading UK manufacturing group to appoint a Head of Sales. The role drives the UK commercial strategy, growth, and a high-performing sales culture. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and build significant relationships across distributors, retailers, installers and OEMs.

You will lead strategic commercial growth, working with Product Development, Marketing and Operations to deliver market opportunities, while traveling regularly across the UK.
