Strategic People Partner: Shape Talent & Culture

Sadler’s Wells is seeking a People Partner to join our team and act as a trusted partner to leaders across departments.

You will advise on employee relations, support strategy, and help shape a more proactive, inclusive people function. The role involves on-site collaboration across three sites, coaching leaders through conflicts, wellbeing initiatives, and shaping talent decisions as the organisation transforms.
