Senior Residential Portfolio Manager (120 Properties)

DeverellSmith Group in London seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to own a portfolio of circa 120 residential properties for investor clients. The role requires hands-on management, building strong landlord and tenant relationships and ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

You will coordinate maintenance with approved contractors, handle renewals, notices and arrears, and work with lettings, progression, accounts and maintenance teams to drive service quality.
