Head of Building Control – Lead Safe, Sustainable Growth

Fylde Council is seeking a Building Control Manager to lead a technical team across the borough. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff and deputise for the Service Director for Planning & Building Control.

The role offers 37 hours per week, a permanent contract, a salary of £51,928–£54,143 with a market supplement of up to £15,000, and a supportive, flexible working culture with generous pension.
