In-House Counsel: Commercial Contracts (UK & Ireland)

Swissport International AG in the UK&I legal team seeks an In House Legal Counsel with 1 to 3 years PQE for a 6-month fixed term at Head Office in Runcorn. You will provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on risk, data protection agreements, governance matters, and supporting stakeholders; occasional travel to airports within UK&I.
