Athlete Voice on the Board: Engagement & Experience

Scottish Swimming invites applications for a Board Director – Athlete Engagement and Experience. The appointee will help shape strategic decisions and ensure the athlete voice is reflected at board level.

We welcome current or former athletes and value lived experience. No prior board experience is required; attendance at around six board meetings per year (typically in Stirling) and the AGM in September are expected.
