Charity Shop Manager: Lead Volunteers & Drive Retail

Highland Hospice’s Tain charity shop is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the volunteer team and oversee day-to-day operations. You will drive customer care, stock sorting/processing, and maintain strong shop presentation to maximise trading potential.

Hours are 37.5 per week (full-time). The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to contribute to local community health services and develop retail skills within a hospice setting.
