Frontline Retail Leader, Assistant Manager with Growth Path

Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager for Starbucks at one of our sites in the UK. You’ll help lead the team, uphold standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and performance, coaching on shift, assisting with stock and routines, and keeping the unit clean and ready for busy periods. Training will prepare you to progress to Store Manager.
