Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a large residential development in Bristol and surrounding areas. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

The role requires proven residential site management experience, strong leadership and a solid understanding of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
