1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor to recruit a Senior Mechanical Site Manager for a central London commercial project. You will oversee mechanical works, liaise with supervisors, and ensure safety and on-site progress.

The ideal candidate has Tier 1 M&E experience on commercial schemes, strong leadership, and the ability to manage labour and subcontractors, deliver paperwork, and resolve issues promptly.
