Senior Site Manager – 12 month contract – Surrey / London

I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager for a 6 million new build Padel Court project in Surrey to an existing Leisure Centre. The project consists of 6 new build courts with works including demolition of an existing building and then groundworks, piling, foundations, and frame so it is external focused with a standard fit out of the courts. The project is live from mid-September and is due to run for 12 months.

The Candidate – must be capable of operating standalone and report into a visiting contracts manager on progress.

Key Responsibilities

• sequencing
• short term programming
• trade management
• site inductions
• raise permits
• toolbox talks
• work to tight deadlines
• influence H&S on site
• Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black card & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate by mid September.
