Commercial Property Manager (Senior Surveyor- Senior Associate)
Manchester /Liverpool- Hybrid opportunity
I’m currently working with one of the UK’s most respected property consultancies, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing North West team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who enjoys taking ownership of a portfolio, building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to institutional fund clients. You’ll manage a diverse commercial portfolio with a significant industrial focus, while working alongside an established and highly regarded property management team.
The Opportunity
You’ll take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio, managing everything from day-to-day property operations through to service charge budgets, occupier relationships and client reporting.
- Managing a portfolio of industrial, office, retail and leisure assets
- Building strong relationships with fund clients, occupiers and asset managers
- Managing lease events and occupier matters
- Preparing client reports and delivering exceptional client service
- Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and approvals
- Overseeing compliance, health & safety and contractor performance
- Supervising site-based staff where required
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Taking on increasing client-facing and leadership responsibilities
About You
You’ll already have experience within commercial property management and be looking for an environment where you can make a real impact.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Commercial Property Management experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Experience managing service charge processes
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- Good commercial awareness and market knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK driving licence
- MRICS qualification (desirable, not essential)
