Senior MEP Cost Consultant – Hyperscale Data Centre

AM Global is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join its Cost & Commercial Management team, supporting the commercial delivery of a major hyperscale data centre programme.

You will work on post-contract commercial management of large-scale capital works, focusing on GMP development, contract administration, change control, valuations, forecasting and final accounts, collaborating with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
