Groundwork Foreman / Site Manager

Job Description:

• Supervised groundwork teams, plant operators and subcontractors, allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress.
• Managed drainage, foundations, excavation, concreting, kerbing and general groundwork operations.
• Coordinated labour, materials, plant and deliveries to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Ensured all works complied with health & safety procedures, RAMS and required quality standards.
• Liaised with site managers, engineers and subcontractors, providing progress updates and resolving site issues.
