Senior Soil Science Lead & Project Director

WSP is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Soil Scientist to lead our growing soil team within the Ground & Water group. You will drive delivery on soil-related projects, expand capabilities, and collaborate with colleagues across Ground & Water, Nature Advisory, and Sustainability policy to embed soil thinking across the business.

You will work from a flexible location with hybrid working and travel into offices for meetings.
