Multi-Site Site Manager | Social Housing Retrofit & Maintenance

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-paced social housing retrofit and planned maintenance programme across Ipswich region. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safe, on-time delivery to quality standards.

The role requires previous site management experience in planned maintenance or retrofit projects, strong H&S knowledge, excellent organisation and the ability to travel between sites.
