We Are PROPA Ltd is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to take day-to-day ownership of a meaningful portfolio, primarily based in Altrincham with a Manchester-wide remit. You will liaise with managing agents, tenants and contractors, and oversee refurbishment projects while visiting sites regularly.
The role offers a competitive salary (£40,000 – £50,000 DOE), a car allowance, and 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
