Charity Shop Manager – Flexible Hours & Community Impact

British Red Cross in Ringwood is looking for an energetic Shop Manager to lead our community charity shop and represent the charity with passion. You’ll coach the team, oversee shop floor activity and ensure a warm, high‑quality shopping experience for customers.

The role is 28 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £25,458 per annum pro rata. Flexibility includes remote/hybrid options where appropriate, and you’ll play a key part in achieving funds to help people in need.
