OMB Tax Manager – Bristol

£50,000 to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Clark Wood are recruiting for an OMB Tax Manager to join an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in Bristol.

The role would suit a CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified tax professional with strong experience advising owner-managed businesses.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of OMB clients
• Review Corporation and Personal Tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory support
• Advise on profit extraction and remuneration
• Support business restructures and incorporations
• Advise on CGT and Business Asset Disposal Relief
• Work closely with Accounts, Audit and Partners
• Identify further advisory opportunities
• Review junior team members’ work

About You

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Previous UK accountancy practice experience
• Strong OMB tax background
• Experience across Corporate and Personal Tax
• Strong technical and client management skills
• Commercial approach to advising business owners
