Matchtech is seeking a Principal Mechanical Systems Engineer in Cowes to support advanced radar system development for the defence and security sector. The role spans the complete engineering lifecycle, from requirements and design through integration and customer acceptance.

You will lead system design analysis, manage trade-offs, apply ISO standards, and guide colleagues. Strong knowledge of Model-Based Engineering, SysML/UML and tools such as IBM DOORS Next, CATIA Magic or Enterprise
