Baby Room Leader — Inspire Early Years Growth & Care

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo Nursery is seeking a motivated Room Leader to join our baby room in January 2027. This maternity-cover role runs 40 hours per week with an actual salary of £29,319 per annum, based on qualification.

You will lead day-to-day operations, applying infant development knowledge to guide staff and ensure the babies receive a safe, warm, and stimulating environment. The team is supportive and dedicated.
