Costs Lawyer: High-Value Litigation & Budgets

Weightmans LLP is seeking a Costs Lawyer or junior candidate for their Niche Costs and Advocacy team. The role involves handling cost matters across commercial and personal injury litigation, attending CCMCs and hearings, and supporting the full lifecycle of a claim from reserving to conclusion.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Defendant and Claimant work, including advocacy and drafting budgets, bills of costs, Points of Dispute and Replies, with strong negotiation and organisation
