A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to experienced and senior-level professionals looking to further their careers within a supportive and progressive environment.
You will join a successful Commercial Property team acting for a broad range of clients, including landlords, property developers, business owners, property investors, and landowners. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences
- Handling property finance transactions
- Advising on options, pre-emption agreements, and overage agreements
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience in commercial property matters, gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong technical and client care skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities
- Able to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a growing team
