Senior UX Design Lead Architect – Strategy & Delivery

Free-Work is seeking a Senior UX Lead Architect for its London office. You will lead the UX design strategy, oversee cross‑functional teams and advocate for service design throughout engagements.

A hands‑on practitioner with a strategic mindset is required to improve existing systems and drive design outcomes. The role reports to the Global Head of the XD Practice, with responsibility for pitches, proposals and project estimates.
