Emerging Head Chef — Lead a Team in 6 Months

Mitchells & Butler’s PLC in the UK invites applicants with experience leading a kitchen team to join our Head Chef in Training programme. Based in your district, you will drive, mentor and develop your team to deliver the Mitchells & Butlers standard of great food and service.

Over six months you will learn how to build a kitchen to the ‘Mitchells & Butler’s’ way, manage food ordering, stock control, and hygiene, with a district support plan so you could have your own kitchen within six months.
