Are you an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager with a background in a highly regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aerospace, automotive or chemicals?
An expanding manufacturing business is seeking a driven Supply Chain Planning Manager to take ownership of planning activities across multiple sites. With continued growth and increasing customer demand, the business requires a strong leader who can develop the team, introduce greater planning structure and help create a more strategic supply chain operation.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping future planning capability while supporting a business that continues to grow and invest in its operations.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the planning team, creating a high-performance culture focused on service and delivery
- Managing end-to-end supply chain planning activities across demand, supply, production and inventory
- Developing strategic planning processes to improve visibility, responsiveness and operational performance
- Embedding and managing effective S&OP processes across the business
- Ensuring inventory levels remain optimised whilst supporting customer service and compliance requirements
- Monitoring forecasting accuracy, planning performance and key supply chain KPIs
- Supporting long-term capacity planning and growth initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement projects across planning systems and operational processes
- Utilising ERP/MRP systems to support data-led planning decisions
