Early Careers: Management Surveyor for Commercial Property

Workman LLP invites graduates to join a 24–60 month progression pathway across commercial real estate, including RICS-accredited routes. You will manage day-to-day property upkeep across a diverse portfolio and liaise with landlords and tenants on leases, repairs, and charges.

You will work with ESG, Facilities Management, Property Accounting, and Building Surveying teams, earning IOSH certification and attending external events to develop professional networks.
