Senior Test Manager – Quality Engineering & Automation Lead

Aviva is seeking a Senior Test Manager to shape how our GI Quality Engineering teams deliver testing across multiple projects. You’ll oversee testing strategy, embed best practices, and influence ways of working to improve quality and speed.

You’ll work with stakeholders across Aviva to champion modern automation, drive transformation, and ensure our products and systems are tested rigorously and continually improved for customers.
