Graduate Contracts Manager Refurbishment & Fit-Out Oxford

Red King Resourcing is seeking a Graduate or Assistant Contracts Manager to join our Oxford team and support refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients and the wider project team, gaining hands-on experience in planning, procurement, progress monitoring and reporting. An organised, proactive candidate with strong communication skills will thrive and build a long-term career in construction management.
