Europe Customer Support Leader

GHX in Europe/UK is seeking a Manager Customer Support to lead the local Customer Support team and ensure delivery of high quality service in line with GHX standards.

The role collaborates with Care, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction. Significant leadership, planning, and KPI governance are required; occasional travel to other GHX offices.
