Pre-Construction Lead for Major Education Projects

Projects typically range from £10m to £70m, requiring top-tier or mid-tier contractor experience, a process-driven approach, and strong bid and programme management.

You will coordinate design teams, manage tender submissions, advise on cost and design inputs, and lead stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth pre-construction progression.
