PLC Manager: Lead Personalised Learning & Welfare

The Laurel Academy in Mexborough is inviting applications for a PLC Manager to join our academy on a full-time, permanent basis starting November 2026. You will co-ordinate personalised learning support to promote the welfare of vulnerable students and manage the PLC centre.

With 800 pupils, the academy serves the town and prides itself on a welcoming ethos and strong community links; this is a chance to contribute to improved outcomes in a Trust focused on transforming education.
