Senior Ingredients & Change Manager – Food Manufacturing

apetito is seeking an experienced Ingredients Manager to lead the introduction and management of raw materials within our development team in the UK. The role starts in a focused project phase for 12-18 months and then broadens to a full development remit, with line management of Food Technologists and the NPD Co-ordinator.

You will evaluate ingredients, work with suppliers, run trials and drive improvements across specification, change control and data.
