Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager for commercial air conditioning and ventilation in the West Midlands. The role covers from enquiry through to final account, with responsibilities for cost control, procurement and client liaison.
You will evaluate systems (split, VRF/VRF, AHU/HRU), prepare quotations, manage sites and maintain margins, while coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. A strong HVAC background and good communication are essential.
