Zip Water UK is seeking an ERP Systems Support Analyst to provide day-to-day Pronto and ERP support across the business, strengthening business continuity and resolving data and integration issues. You will investigate system problems, reconcile data and help move recurring work from manual workarounds to sustainable fixes.
The role encompasses stabilising the Warehouse Management System, driving improvements across Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Experience, and supporting Cognos reporting
