Field Service IT Engineer – Onsite & Remote Support

Microminder, part of the DD Group, is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to join our team in Essex. You will split time between customer sites and remote support, delivering first-class service while keeping IT systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, MSP experience, and a full UK driving licence. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, plus networking and VoIP, with opportunities to work across Azure, Datto RMM, PSA, and backup tools.
