Hybrid Lead Security Engineer – Cloud, Zero Trust, IAM

Barclay Simpson is seeking a Lead Security Engineer in London with a broad security engineering remit across identity and access, Zero Trust, cloud security, vulnerability management and SIEM. The role emphasizes improving SSO, joiner/mover/leaver processes and reducing VPN reliance while collaborating with IT and engineering teams.

The position is hybrid (2-3 days in central London) with a base salary up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits, and there is no visa sponsorship available.
