Job Description:

  • Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Staff Product Manager on our consumer marketplace team, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating Zocdoc’s mission to change healthcare
  • You’ll help shape a future where patients can access their coverage easily, find in network care and be backed by Zocdoc In-network Guarantee
  • Developing deep empathy and understanding of patient needs, pain points, and goals through research and collaboration with Design, Trust&Safety, Operations, Finance, UXR, and PMM teams
  • Building a long-term vision and strategy aligned with company priorities
  • Rolling up your sleeves to drive execution with deep complexity and at scale
  • Driving impact through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market partners

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally with B2C, marketplace and/or insurance products
  • Experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, or Salesforce is a plus
  • A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for analytical problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail
  • Serious about your work, but not about yourself. Let’s face it – the way things are going, you kind of need a sense of humor
