Commercial Quantity Surveyor: Cost & Tendering

Wolverhampton Homes is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help prepare estimates, cost plans and financial forecasts while supporting the commercial management of contracts and projects.

You will monitor costs, produce performance reports and assist with tendering and final accounts, working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders to identify value for money.
