Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Manager

Break Charity is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Children’s Manager to lead one of our Break Solo Homes in Mundesley. The role may also suit an experienced Children’s Deputy Manager ready to step up.

As Registered Manager you will lead and develop a trauma-informed, child-centred team, provide reflective supervision and annual appraisals, and work in partnership with children, families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
