Ofsted-Ready Children’s Home Registered Manager

Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a new children’s services residential home in York. You will oversee daily operations, guide support teams, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) with at least three years’ managerial experience, plus strong safeguarding and Ofsted knowledge.
