Senior Nurse Unit Manager – High-Acuity Care

Exemplar Health Care’s Tyne Grange care home in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to lead a qualified nursing and care team. You will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality, maintain high standards of care and ensure safe, person-centred nursing delivery on your unit.

You will oversee medication handling, care plans and risk assessments, act as Named Nurse for residents, and support staff development within a respectful, values-driven environment.
