Residential Home Manager: Elderly & Dementia Care Leader

Purosearch Ltd. on behalf of a well recognised care provider is seeking a Residential Home Manager for a 30-bed elderly/dementia care home in Southampton, Hampshire.

You will be responsible for the overall running of the home, staff management, budgets, care plans and meetings, while ensuring compliance with CQC KLOEs and Care Standards. A hands-on, dynamic leader who is passionate about residents’ lives is essential.
