Job Description:
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust invites applications for an experienced heart failure Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at Band 6. The post operates across hospital and outpatient settings, based at New Cross Hospital, focusing on assessment, management and ongoing support for adults with heart failure.
You will educate patients, develop treatment plans, arrange follow-ups, and contribute to policies and training. A suitable cardiology qualification and strong MDT collaboration are essential.
