Nurse Leader – Clinical Deputy Manager (Neurology & ABI)

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for a specialist 32-bed service in the United Kingdom. The role supports adults with ABI, PNC and complex health needs, under the Home Manager’s guidance, delivering safe, person-centred care with regulatory compliance.

You will lead nursing and care teams, drive governance, audits and continuous improvement, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote high standards across clinical care and operational performance.
