Trauma-Informed Youth Support Lead – Residential Care

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a 4-bed residential children’s home in the Lewes area. You will support young people with emotional and developmental needs, helping them build routines and independence in a trauma-informed setting.

The role requires flexibility for long shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is essential; sponsorship is not available.
