Senior Support Worker – Brand-New LD Care Home (Burton)

Keys Group is launching Burton Grange, a residential care home for up to six adults with Learning Disabilities, in Burton-on-Trent. We seek a compassionate Senior Support Worker to lead a new team, ensure high standards of care, and support planned activities and community links.

You will supervise staff, maintain care records, liaise with health professionals and families, and contribute to a warm, safe home where residents thrive and feel valued.
