Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist for two established clinics in Richmond and Twickenham, South West London.
Offering a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus scheme, this position suits an experienced clinician seeking greater autonomy, meaningful customer relationships and access to advanced hearing technology.
About the Job
You will take ownership of clinic performance and customer outcomes across two successful locations, supported by a loyal customer base and strong operational and administrative assistance.
Your responsibilities will include delivering customer-focused hearing care, completing advanced diagnostic assessments, guiding customers through their full hearingcare journey and recommending suitable solutions from the full product portfolio.
The clinics provide modern facilities, the latest hearing technology and structured diaries that allow time for personalised consultations. You will also act as an ambassador for our client, building long-term relationships while working flexibly to meet customer demand, including some evenings and weekends.
The role offers ongoing clinical development, CPD and exposure to new technology and innovation.

What We Are Looking For
You must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC.
At least two years’ post-qualification experience is required, together with strong clinical audit results and compliance with CPD requirements.
You will bring commercial awareness alongside a customer-focused mindset, with the confidence to recommend appropriate hearingcare solutions and support customers throughout their journey.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage clinic responsibilities effectively while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
